How do I find you at the airport?

Once you clear customs and immigration, walk to the main exit door, please look for our staff in the airport arrivals area where they will be holding a sign bearing your name for easy Identification. You will probably be approached by time-share vendors, they offer assistance with transfers, do not listen to them, and just keep walking. If you cannot find your driver please call us at +256-200-905906

I am not traveling alone; do I have to pay for two people?

The charge is per vehicle, not per person. If there is 1 to 3 people on the vehicle you will pay one rate.

Do we have to share a ride with other people?

No. All our transfers are private.

What kind of vehicles are used?

Air-conditioned Sedans, SUVs and vans with a capacity of one to 16 persons depending on your requirements.

What if our flight is delayed and we are not there at the designated time?

We will wait for you until the plane lands, we monitor the arrival flights.

Our flight is coming in very late. Can we still get a transfer?

Yes, our airport transfers are provided 24hrs 7 days a week.

Do we have to book a two-way transfer [return as well]?

No, you can book either a one-way transfer only or a Return transfer as well depending on your requirements.

Is there a limit on how much luggage we can take?

Yes, Luggage quantity is dependent on the max a car of choice can take.

Are the drivers experienced and licensed?

All drivers are experienced drivers with valid licenses.

We are traveling in a group. Is there a discount?

Please contact us to receive more detailed information about group travels.

Do I have to pay for a baby?

Everybody counts as a Passenger due to insurance policies.

How long does it take from Entebbe Airport to a Kampala Hotel (CBD)?

It all depends on traffic conditions and weather. The trip generally takes 55mins to 1 Hrs: 15 minutes.

Booking a Transfer

How do I book a transfer on the website?

You can book directly on our website by typing one Keyword of the hotel name on the search bar main page, make sure to type just one keyword, The site auto-populates locations based on Google Maps. Once Pick up and Drop off locations are put in, the system will automatically generate pricing for you.

I do not see my hotel/Private home on the search bar?

You can book it by just typing the Keyword or nearest Landmark address on the website fill out form and choosing the correct location from the menu.

Methods of Payment

Which currency do you take?

Transfers can be paid with US Dollars or Uganda Shillings, Please note the USD bill must not be older than 2010 due to local exchange rates.

Can I pay Online with a Credit card?

Yes, we accept payment through PayPal and PesaPal

Can I ask the driver to stop at a store on the way?

We can provide a 15-minute complementary stop in any store.
